•Added a new District Dashboard for district level staff. Features include an overview for major and classroom behaviors.
•Added a new Report Builder tool which allows school level admins to build custom reports on major behavior data.
•Updated Custom Elements page for easier use to update custom locations, motivation, and integrated wellness for major behaviors.
•Updated Classroom Dashboard to My Dashboard which includes positive and minor behavior entry for teachers and/or school level staff.
•Added a new Classroom Focus for teachers to easily enter positive and minor behavior entry with few clicks. Features include background images, option to use student images or avatars, and ability to create groups.
•Added a new All section on the Admin Dashboard to easily view all major behavior data.
•Updated portal view for students and parents. Includes several settings which can be configured by school.

District PBIS

  *NEW* Home     The main PBIS module now contains a Home section. This section is intended to serve as a summary and shortcut page. The Home page contains:
  • District Comparisons
  • Major Teacher Count
  • ETCH Data Integrity
  • Latest Referrals
  • Top 10 Behavior
  *NEW* Classroom PBIS Added a module which functions similar to the District PBIS reports, but instead displays data for the Minor or Positive referrals entered at the selected school.

Classroom Dashboard

  General
  • Fixed graphical issue where the classroom dashboard navbar/header were misaligned on smaller screens.
  Home
  • Adjusted size, color, and font of headers
  • Drilldowns, Full Reports *New* - Clicking the green bar graphs on the Home page will now drilldown into more specific data for each graph; additionally, clicking the icon will display the entire list (rather than the top 5).
  • 'Top 5 Positive Minor Earners'
      icon - full list of positive earners
      bar - breakdown of that student's positive points
  • 'Top 5 Positive Minor Earners'
      icon - full list of minor earners
      bar - breakdown of that student's minor points
  • 'Positive Behaviors'
      icon - full list of positive behavior types
      bar - referral-per-student breakdown of that behavior type
  • 'Minor Behaviors'

  Positive/Minor
  • Clicking an entry in the table now opens a window where the user can edit the minor/positive referrals information.
  Custom Elements
  • The Event ID and Date headers can now be clicked to sort the table by those data points: by default, this list is still sorted by blank Locations.
  YOY Reports
  • *NEW* Triangle Report - This report shows you which percentage of your district's students have 0 referrals, 1 - 4 referrals, and 5+ referrals.
  Settings
  • The settings page now hides the "Global Options" section unless the user has access to All Schools in Campus.

Classroom Dashboard

   Home    
  • Section Selector: The Classroom Dashboard now displays data based off of the section droplist, located in the header of the Classroom Dashboard.
  • Clicking the "Top 5" charts now displays a full list of all students' positive or minor points.
  • Clicking a student's name under the "Last 10 Transactions" section now directs you to a Student Details view for that student.
   Positive/Minor    
  • The data displayed now respects the section selected in the section droplist.
  • Additional details are now displayed on the Positive/Minor Dashboards (including the student's profile picture)
  • Creating a new referral now respects the selected section: a notice is displayed on the creation popup to indicate which section this referral will be tied to.
   Student Details *NEW*    
  • This new functionality of Classroom Dashboard can be accessed by clicking the icon on the left-hand navigation bar. This details page lists all positive and minor referrals associated with the selected student.
   Classroom Totals Report *NEW*    
  • This new report lists the positive, minor, and net point totals for each student in the selected section, and can be accessed by clicking the icon on the left-hand navigation bar.

Custom Elements

  • Sensitive details about each referral are now hidden by default: these can be viewed by clicking the 'Details' button

Student Overview *NEW*

  • Student Overview displays details about all minor and positive referrals associated with the selected student (Major behaviors will also be listed if the user has permission to view major referrals). Additionally, this overview can be toggled between displaying the students' current calendar, or their entire calendar history.

Teacher Overview *NEW*

  • Teacher Overview displays details about all minor and positive referrals issued by the selected teacher (Major behaviors will also be listed if the user has permission to view major referrals).
