How do I change a student's major life activity?

  • If the student has been imported and no meeting has been scheduled in the 504 Module, click the student's status on the 504 Dashboard and then click 'Edit Imported Data'.
  • If the student has a new eligibility, click on the student's status on the 504 Dashboard and then click 'New Meeting'. Select to have an 'Addendum to the Initial Eligibility' or 'Addendum to the Initial Eligibility (No Meeting)'.
  • If the student was not recently imported or had a new eligibility, click on the student's status on the 504 Dashboard and then click New Meeting. Select to have a 'Re-Evaluation Meeting'.

How do I make changes to a meeting and/or plan for a typo or an error?

On the 504 Dashboard, click on the student's status and then click 'New Meeting'. Select the appropriate addendum meeting. The options available are based on the most recent meeting held for the student.
