Dashboard



Dashboard gives a breakdown of teachers with how many minors, positive and total behaviors have been entered. Displays the breakdown of positive, minors, actions taken, Top 100 positive/minor points/incident earners. Use the Who/What/When/Where/All tabs to view minor and positive data based on grade, resolution, and time. Use the All tab to view a complete list of minor and positive referrals at your school. Use the dropdown filter to fine tune exactly what information is displayed.


Who

The who tab is a display of positive or minor events by grade and all behaviors. The data can be viewed by Positive or Minor using the toggle at the top. Click on the graph or student name to drill down to the details of the behavior events. Use the Filters button to apply additional filters to the data.


What

The what tab is a display of the minor behavior events by actions taken. Click on the graph to drill down to the details of the behavior events. Use the Filters button to apply additional filters to the data.


When

The when tab is a display of the positive or minor behavior events by day/month/hour. The data can be viewed by Positive or Minor using the toggle at the top. Use the Filters button to apply additional filters to the data.


Where

The where tab is a display of the positive and minor behavior events by location. The data can also be viewed by Positive or Minor using the toggle at the top. The totals will be based on either your locations in Campus or SpotLight. Use the Filters button to apply additional filters to the data.


All

The All tab is a display of all behavior data from the Who/What/When/Where tabs. Use the column filters or the filters button to sort data as needed. The data can be exported using the export button and will respect filters that are set.


Classroom All Entry

Classroom All Entry allows administrators a place to create positive or minor behaviors for students. This area allows the user to see all students in the calendar that is selected. From the All-Entry screen, check the box beside the student's name, can select multiple students to create with same behavior, click green Create New Positive or Create New Minor button. Once Create Positive or Create Minor is clicked, select the behavior from the drop list, can select multiple behaviors, select location, enter comments, and click Create.




Minor Conversion

Minor Conversion allows administrators to manually convert classroom minor behaviors for a student into a major behavior incident within Campus Behavior Management. Use the options to see those that have a greater than count of minor behaviors and/or search for particular behaviors, then click the green Go button. You can filter on one or both options. You will also see students that have minors, total minor count, used in conversion, how many are left and when last minor. To convert, click on the student name.


When it opens student information you will see all minors created for the student, date/time, behavior location, and comments. You can also click the detail button to see more information on the incident. You can also see Conversion History of what major behavior was used, date and who converted. There is also a details button to see minor incidents that were used and an event button to drill back into major behavior management, with appropriate tool rights. Check the box to select the minor behavior, can select multiple boxes, then click the green Convert button. Once converted it will display in the conversion history section.


Reports

Reports display the Minor/Positive totals for students. Shows Positive/Minor Events, Positive/Minor Points, Spent Points and Overall Points. Can filter by date range, student name, or grade.
